We offer a range of services to make your home look its absolute best so it stands out from the crowd.  As professional real estate developers, we understand what it takes to get a home sold for top dollar.  Our West Sacramento warehouse is home to a large selection of furniture, artwork, and accessories to stage a variety of home styles.

Vacant Home Staging

Vacant home staging services include a property preview, design, installation, use of our inventory (furniture, linens, artwork and accessories) for up to 60 days, and uninstall. Many buyers love the way the home feels and opt to purchase our inventory.

We have also worked with numerous landlords to furnish their rentals. We complete the design, sourcing, and install of everything needed to get their unit "toothbrush ready," meaning not only the furnishings, linens, artwork and accessories but also cookware, dishes, small appliances, games, puzzles, everything. For short term rentals such as Airbnb, we understand what is required to ensure a very comfortable guest experience to ensure positive reviews and low vacancy rates.

Seller Consultation

For a one time fee we will come to your home and provide suggestions on how to prepare your home for going on the market.  We go room by room and focus on your furniture, artwork, accessories, photos, and other personal belongings to identify which items should be packed and put in storage, and which could be used or re-purposed for staging.  We will also suggest any new pieces you may need to make the home market ready.  A written report is provided within 48 hours of the consultation.

Many of our repeat Realtor clients include this service in their listing packet, they like to rely on us to have the sometimes tough (cleanliness, pet odor, etc) conversations so they don't have to.  We are very tactful and kind though, don't worry! 

Interior Design

We offer interior design services for home builders, short term rental owners (Airbnb, VRBO, etc) and homeowners. This service begins with a consultation so we can understand the details of the project. Many of our clients have said they never liked the feel of their home as much as they did when we staged it, so they prefer us to "stage" their new home too.
